Lyn McIntosh is experienced in
- the application of a range of best practice approaches within therapeutic counselling
- the provision of counselling and therapy for children, adolescents and adults as individuals, couples and families
- responding to a range of presenting problems, including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, educational issues, grief, life stage/developmental issues, family conflict, communication issues, marital discontent, separation/divorce, personality issues, relationship issues, lifestyle choices, and alcohol and other drug problems
- the provision of treatment under Mental Health Care Plans for a range of mental health diagnoses
Supervision
Lyn McIntosh provides supervision for
- General Registration as a Psychologist and for endorsement for both Counselling and Educational and Developmental areas of practice.
- Membership of the Australian Psychological Society [APS] Colleges of Counselling and Educational and Developmental Psychology.
- Clinical Membership for the Australian Association of Family Therapy
- Maintaining and improving the practice of psychologists, therapists, and counsellors
